Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Presales Solution Architect & GTM Strategist to join our growing Offering management team looking after all four practices - Cloud and Data Center, Security, Digital Workplace Services and Networking. In this critical role, you will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering compelling solutions that address the digital workplace needs of our clients. You will leverage your deep understanding of digital workplace technologies and market trends to translate customer challenges into innovative solutions, ultimately driving sales and exceeding client expectations.

What you’ll do as the Associate Manager SEG Offering Management:

Associate Manager SEG Offering Management as part of Zones’ Strategic Engagement Group will interact with the Zones’ sales leaders across the globe to carry out the following responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Pre-sales / Offer Manager:
- Gather & Analyse Markets & Client’s Cloud Solution Requirements, by region & by Industry.
- Provide inputs to Product/Service Owner and Solution Innovation Team to Develop/Innovate Solutions for Cloud, Security and Digital Workplace practice.
- Work with Product Owner & Solutions Team to Package Solution Offer
- Document the Market Differentiation & Client Value Prop
- Develop Sales & Marketing Material with the help of Marketing Team
- Document & Prepare Sales Readiness Plan & Material (Document, Decks along with Pre/Post Assessment Questionnaire)
- Work closely with the Practice team to understand client needs and challenges.
- Architect and design comprehensive Cloud and Data Center, Security and digital workplace solutions leveraging our portfolio of services and partner technologies.
- Create compelling presentations and proof-of-concepts (POCs) that showcase the value proposition of our offerings.
- Lead technical discussions with clients and address their concerns.
- Participate in bid proposals and negotiate technical aspects of engagements.
- Go-to-Market Strategy:
- Analyse market trends and identify emerging technologies relevant to the Cloud and Data Center, Security and digital workplace.
- Develop and refine go-to-market strategies for new service offerings and solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create impactful messaging and collateral.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and generate leads.
- Technical Expertise:
- Possess in-depth knowledge of cloud and Data Center, Security, and digital workplace technologies, including Cloud technologies, Azure, AWS and GCP, collaboration platforms, content management systems, unified communications, and security solutions.
- Stay up to date on the latest industry trends and advancements in the digital workplace space.
- Experience with cloud technologies and integration platforms is a plus.
- Communication & Collaboration:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) and external partners.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.
- Business Acumen:
- Understanding of basic business principles and financial models.
- Ability to translate technical solutions into tangible business value for clients.
- Experience in driving sales and exceeding revenue targets.
What you will bring to the team:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in a presales or solution architect role, ideally within the digital workplace domain.
- Proven track record of success in developing and selling complex IT solutions.
- Strong understanding of digital workplace technologies and current market trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Travel willingness is a plus.
